Friedman Brokers Sale of 2 Illinois Office Buildings
The properties total 53,226 square feet of space and are located in the Eastern East/West Corridor submarket, less than 20 miles from Chicago’s CBD.

Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions facilitated the sale of High Ridge I and II, two single-story office buildings in Burr Ridge, Ill. The assets amount to a total of 53,226 square feet and were sold by BACM 2005-3 North Frontage Road LLC in a joint venture with LNR Partners LLC. The buyer was Tribedo LLC.
Rich Deptula, Friedman’s national director of investment advisory services, together with Jeff Feste, vice president of brokerage services, and Torrey Lewis, senior associate of brokerage services represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
Located at 6860 and 6880 N. Frontage Road, the two office buildings are part of the Eastern East/West Corridor Chicago submarket and provide convenient access to Interstate 55 via County Line Road and Interstate 294 via North Frontage Road. The 6880 N. Frontage Road facility is currently leased to Everest College. The Midway International Airport, the O’Hare Airport and the Chicago CBD are less than 20 miles away.
Burr Ridge is home to several major employers such as TCF National Bank and Insure One.
