Insurance solution provider Snapsheet inked a lease for 52,141 square feet of office space at 1 N. Dearborn St. in Chicago’s CBD.
A team of CBRE executives made up of Brad Serot, executive vice president, Paul Reaumond, senior vice president, and Todd Lippman, vice chairman, negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Telos Group’s Executive Vice President Jack O’Brien and Leasing Director Caroline Colnon represented the landlord, Beacon Capital Partners.
The move, which is expected to take place in January 2018, will allow Snapsheet to double the space it used to occupy at its former location, 55 W. Monroe St. The firm needs to accommodate its growing employee base in Chicago, which now counts 160 people.
The Class A, award-winning office building at 1 N. Dearborn St. boasts more than 938,000 square feet of space and is within walking distance of multiple Chicago Transit Authority lines. The executive-level amenities have been constantly upgraded, the most recent additions being a fitness center, a reimagined lobby and a rooftop terrace.
