Friedman Negotiates Illinois Flex Space Lease
Crystal Chem leased the 5,673-square-foot facility in Regent O’Hare business park, close to its main office in Downers Grove.

Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions negotiated a new industrial lease of 5,673 square feet of flex space in Elk Grove Village, Ill. Jeff Feste, vice president of brokerage services with the company, represented the tenant, Crystal Chem, a provider of research kits to the scientific community. Terry Herlihy, senior associate with NAI Hiffman, worked on behalf of the business park’s owner, Regent O’Hare LLC.
Convenient Infrastructure
Located at 955 Busse Road within the Regent O’Hare business park, the facility offers quick access to Crystal Chem’s main office, which is less than 20 miles away, in Downers Grove, Ill. Some of the property features are: one drive-in door, on-site high speed fiber internet and more than 20 parking places. The building is situated less than one mile west of the O’Hare Airport, in an area serviced by several retailers.
The industrial center incorporates eight facilities located along Busse Road and Higgins Road, totaling more than 950,000 square feet of space. All mixed-use buildings benefit from convenient access to interstates 90, 294, 290 and 355 as well as proximity to O’Hare Airport.
