Pinecrest Village Plaza in Miami

NAI Miami negotiated a 5,664-square-foot retail lease at Pinecrest Village Plaza in Miami. The seven-year lease is valued at over $1.6 million. LBU Lighting, also known as Light Bulbs Unlimited, is moving from its current location next door. The move allows the tenant to display its lighting in an open showroom floor.

Recent Upgrades

Located at 12455 S. Dixie Highway, Pinecrest Plaza Village is an approximately 32,000-square-foot shopping center formerly known as Blockbuster Plaza. The newly renovated property consists of two retail buildings, a free-standing 12,264-square-foot building and a 19,547-square-foot L-shaped structure.

The advisory team led by CEO Edward Schmidt and Senior Vice President Timothy Merriman of NAI Miami worked on behalf of the landlord in the lease negotiations. The shopping center’s tenant roster includes T-Mobile, Subway, Sherwin-Williams and Papa Johns. Situated just off Dixie Highway between Dadeland and The Falls Mall, the property is next to the Village Hall and Evelyn Greer Park.
