Cullinan Properties, the owner and manager of The Levee District in East Peoria, Ill., is adding a new retail property to the Illinois shopping center. The building’s first tenant, T-Mobile, will move in this fall, with several others expected to join later on.
More Retail Options
Located at 480 W. Washington St. in East Peoria, Ill., The Levee District shopping center sits on 86 acres and includes 650,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The Target-anchored retail property is currently 90 percent occupied, with Costco, Gordmans, Ross Dress for Less and Ulta also on the tenant roster.
“T-Mobile will be an excellent and complementary addition to the collection of shops, restaurants and services at the Levee District, and we’re pleased to have them, along with several other tenants, opening in the near future and growing the Levee District,” stated Cullinan’s Vice President & Director of Leasing Kathleen Brill.
Aside from retail and restaurant space, the center also features office, hotel and civic components.
