Duke Realty Makes Promotions
Steven Schnur is a veteran in the company since 2003, having held roles as regional executive vice president and senior vice president of Duke Realty’s operations.
Duke Realty has promoted Steven Schnur to senior regional executive vice president in its Indianapolis office located at 600 East 96th St. Schnur has been working for the company since 2003. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s East and West regions, while leading and managing its Midwest region.
Duke Realty Tenure
Prior to being appointed senior regional executive vice president, Schnur served as regional executive vice president of the Midwest region for two years and senior vice president of Duke Realty’s Chicago Operations for nine years. In 2013, he took over the Minneapolis and St. Louis’ operations offices. Between 1999 and 2003, Schnur worked as a director of real estate development at Opus. He has a master of science in integrated marketing communications and a bachelor of science in organizational studies.
Duke Realty currently owns and manages 134 million square feet of industrial properties in 21 major metropolitan markets across the U.S. Back in May, the company expanded its Florida footprint with the acquisition of three industrial properties in the Hialeah Gardens submarket in Miami.
