Hospitality company Park Hotels is relocating its headquarters from 1600 Tysons Blvd. in Tysons, Va., where it currently occupies space on the 10th floor. The REIT will move into the recently completed Tysons II, a LEED Platinum-certified master plan owned by Lerner Enterprises.
“We know that 1775 will serve the company well as the home for its corporate headquarters, with its healthy work environment, state-of-the-art amenities and the abundance of lifestyle attractions in Tysons II,” Lerner Principal Mark Lerner said in a prepared statement.
High-end amenities
Located at 1775 Tysons Blvd., the 476,875-square-foot property spreads throughout 17 floors. Completed in 2016, it also contains 15,234 square feet of retail space on the first and second floors, Yardi Matrix shows. The property features a Wi-Fi social lounge, an elevated terrace, a 1,600-square-foot conference center, a 5,100-square-foot health club and 1,428 parking spaces.
The property is bounded by various amenities such as restaurants, hotels, spas, fitness centers, retailers, a park, and walkways. Transportation is facilitated by various bus stations and the Metro Silver subway station, located just one block away. Tysons II also provides multiple Express Lane access points onto Interstate 495 and Route 267.
