CIP Arranges Sale of Oregon Hotel

Hotel Brokers International’s member Crystal Investment Property LLC secured the sale of another Oregon hotel, Rodeway Inn and Suites, a 36-key hotel located in Pendleton, Ore., for an undisclosed price. Joseph Kennedy of Crystal Investment Property LLC, worked on behalf of the seller and the buyer.

Close to the airport

Located at 205 Southeast Dorion Ave., near downtown Pendleton, the hotel is in close proximity to Eastern Oregon Regional Airport, less than half a mile from Pendleton Underground Tours, Pendleton Center for the Arts and Pendleton Convention Center. Wildhorse Resort and Casino are fewer than six miles away.

The pet-friendly hotel offers queen suites, standard rooms with two double beds, queen rooms and queen rooms with two queen beds. Each room at Rodeway Inn and Suites is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. Common area amenities include free Wi-Fi, shuttle service, baggage storage, free parking and vending machines.
