CIP Secures Oregon Boutique Hotel Sale

Hotel Brokers International’s member, Crystal Investment Property LLC has secured the sale of Silverton Inn & Suites, an 18-key hotel located in Silverton, Ore. Joseph Kennedy, president of CIP, represented the seller and the buyer in the Oregon hotel transaction. The sale price was undisclosed.

Located at 310 N. Water St., the property is a five-minute walk from a mix of shopping, dining and entertainment venues in the downtown historic district of Silverton. Silverton Inn & Suites is a luxury boutique hotel situated less than a mile from the Oregon Garden and minutes from Silver Falls State Park.

The two-story hotel features suites and standard rooms with one- and two-queen beds. Common area amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an outdoor terrace and vending machines for an extra charge. Additionally, Silverton Inn & Suites is pet-friendly.
