CBRE Raleigh announced that the upcoming mixed-use center—Village Square at Amberly in Cary, N.C.—which is now under construction, will be home to numerous tenants, including Domino’s Pizza, Eye Level Learning, Pure Juicery Bar, Nest Realty and Avance Pediatric and Adult Primary Care.

Village Square at Amberly is a three-building, 29,605-square-foot project within the Amberly neighborhood. The development sits along McCrimmon Parkway and Yates Store Road and will include an amphitheater and green space for entertainment. The center is expected to house retail, professional services and medical and office users. The asset will serve the surrounding residential communities, including the adjacent new townhomes in Village Square.

The project is anticipated to be delivered in January 2018.

CBRE Raleigh’s Tiffany Barrier and Matt Larson of the firm’s retail services group are handling the leasing of the property.

Last year, CBRE Raleigh arranged the sale of Burlington Outlet Village, a 239,139-square-foot retail center in Burlington, N.C.
