Hunter Hotels Brokers Sale of AR Hotels

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Bentonville, Ark.

Hunter Hotel Advisors represented an institutional client in the sale of TownePlace Suites by Marriott and Candlewood Suites Rogers, two hotels in Bentonville, Ark. Investra Capital Inc. acquired the all-suite hotels. Hospitality Ventures Management Group will continue to manage both assets.             

Located at 3100 S.E. 14th St., TownePlace Suites by Marriott features 78 keys equipped with full kitchens. Each suite includes hardwood floors, marble countertops and flatscreen TVs.

The 130-key Candlewood Suites Rogers is located at 4601 W. Rozell St., just off Interstate 49 and a few miles from the Bentonville Walmart Home Office and Vendor Offices. The NW Arkansas Regional Airport is 13 miles from the hotel. The property includes complimentary Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, a business center, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and a 1,200-square-foot meeting room.

“These prime properties have great locations near the Walmart World headquarters, providing consistent demand from Walmart employees and the numerous consultants visiting the company regularly. Extended-stay hotels remain a favorite for hotel investors as demand continues to grow, despite the new supply in most markets,” said David Perrin, vice president of Hunter’s Atlanta office, in a prepared statement.
