NAI Hiffman Negotiates New Leases at IL Office Building
Once the new tenants move into their new offices, the 271,000-square-foot Butterfield Center in Lombard will be approximately 99 percent occupied.

NAI Hiffman added two new names on the tenant roster at Butterfield Center, a 271,000-square-foot office property in Lombard, Ill. Additionally, Strategic Capital Investment Advisors Inc., renewed and expanded its lease to approximately 5,000 square feet. The transactions total 19,787 square feet and they bring the two-building office asset, owned by Travelers Insurance, to an occupancy of 99 percent.
Explorer Market Research Corp. will occupy 7,600 square feet at 720 Butterfield Road and Performance Services leased 7,361 square feet at 700 E. Butterfield Road. One 3,387-square-foot space remains available.
Butterfield Center features on-site food service and catering, multiple fiber providers as well as a fitness center, a conference room and covered parking. The property provides convenient access to several retail and dining venues. Yorktown Center is within walking distance, while the Midwestern University is only a few miles away.
Explorer Market was represented by Jason Schulz, CEO of J. Rich Co. David Ven Horst, partner & co-founder of Tenant Advisors, worked for design and construction company Performance Services. NAI Hiffman’s Executive Vice President Mike Van Zandt and Vice President Brian Edgerton closed the deals on behalf of the property owner. The company has also arranged a number of agreements for another office property located eight miles away, Naperville Woods Office.
