CBRE Hotels Scores 9th Deal in the Chicago Area
The transaction included two Fairfield Inn & Suites properties located in Naperville and St. Charles, Ill. Vice Presidents Nate Sahn and John Karver represented the owners.

CBRE Hotels has arranged the sale of two Fairfield Inn & Suites properties in the Chicago metropolitan area, totaling 197 guest rooms. The company represented the sellers, Naperville Inn Inc. and St. Charles Inn Inc. The buyers were Naperville Hotel Owners and St. Charles Hotel Partners II.
One of the hotels is located at 1820 Arbiter Court in Naperville, Ill., just off Interstate 88. It offers 105 guest rooms, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a meeting room and free on-site parking, among other amenities. Guests can easily access a variety of local attractions such as the Naperville Riverwalk, the Morton Arboretum, All Seasons Ice Arena, Frontier Park and several golf courses.
2096 Bricher Road, St. Charles, Ill.
The other Fairfield Inn & Suites property is located roughly 15 miles away, at 2096 Bricher Road in St. Charles, Ill. The 92-key hotel is situated across the Geneva Commons Shopping Center. It offers a fitness center, whirlpool, indoor pool, health and beauty services, on-site laundry and free Wi-Fi.
Executive Vice President Nate Sahn and Senior Vice President John Karver arranged the deal, the ninth for CBRE Hotels in the Chicago area this year. Recently, the same team brokered another Naperville hotel sale that involved a Country Inn & Suites property located at 1837 Centre Point Circle.
