Video game development Boss Fight Entertainment has found its new headquarters. The company is set to take up 13,500 square feet of office space at One Bethany East, the first asset under construction at One Bethany at Watters Creek, located in Allen, Texas. Owned and developed by Kaizen Development Partners, One Bethany at Watters Creek is a 17-acre, multi-phase corporate park.

“Boss Fight Entertainment is a perfect addition to the growing roster of creative, cutting-edge tenants who have made One Bethany East their new corporate home,” said Derrick Evers, CEO & managing partner of Kaizen Development Partners, in prepared remarks.

Watters Creek Development Plans

The 125,000-square-foot One Bethany East will feature a conference center, training room, tenant lounge, fitness center and a 570-space parking garage. In addition to One Bethany East, One Bethany at Watters Creek will include NetScout’s new regional research and development office, which broke ground in August, and a Delta by Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.

One Bethany at Watters Creek is located in the Watters Creek mixed-use development. The office park is planned for a mix of multi-tenant Class A office buildings, as well as single-tenant build-to-suit, all located in a campus environment.

IC3 negotiated the lease on behalf of Boss Fight. JLL Senior Vice Presidents Chris Doggett and Blake Shipley, along with Executive Vice President Daryl Mullin negotiated the lease on behalf of Kaizen Development Partners.
