Stream Completes Dallas Office Tower Renovation

Stream Realty Partners has completed the renovation of Pinnacle Tower, a Class AA office building in Dallas. The 24-story, 549,000-square-foot tower underwent both interior and exterior capital improvements that took one year to complete.

Stream managed the renovation and is overseeing leasing on behalf of the two owners, New York Life and Encore Enterprises. Enhancements included: 

• bold exterior lighting 
• renovated lobby with bright finishes
• Starbucks coffee bar
• full-service restaurant
• outdoor patio
• tenant lounge
• service bar and wine lockers
• fitness center with group studio
• executive conference center
• complementary shuttle service 

“We are thrilled to provide a fresh new look and feel to this prominent and stunning office tower,” said JJ Leonard, managing director of Stream, in prepared remarks. “This renovation allows us to re-position and market Pinnacle Tower to a new base of discerning first class office users, large and small alike, in one of the most sought-after locations in the Dallas area.”

The property is located along LBJ Freeway and offers 360-degree views, 100 percent subterranean parking, pedestrian access, concierge-style security and quick access to two-thirds of the DFW population in less than 30 minutes.
