CBRE Arranges 67 KSF FL Industrial Leases
The team of Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet worked on behalf of the landlords in securing three new industrial leases in South Florida.
CBRE has negotiated a series of new leases totaling more than 67,000 square feet of industrial space in Dania Beach and Hollywood, Fla. Senior Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and First Vice President Larry Genet arranged the deals on behalf of the property owners.
The team represented landlord Prologis in the lease transaction with Sunair at 3101-3199 SW 42nd St., a 129,200-square-foot warehouse in Hollywood, Fla. The property features approximately 7,200 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear ceiling heights, four dock doors and a drive-in ramp. The tenant is an electronic parts supplier and will occupy a 32,000-square-foot end cap space at the facility, which is part of the 1.3 million-square-foot Port 95 Prologis complex. This lease agreement brings the property to 100 percent occupancy.
Accessible location
Lagaci Clothing has agreed to lease 20,000 square feet at Lakeview Center, a seven-building industrial park totaling 210,000 square feet in Dania Beach, Fla. The tenant will move to the property located at 2201 Stirling Road.
In the second deal at Lakeview Center, CBRE represented GLP in a 15,295-square-foot lease with Modus Miami at 2349 Stirling Road. The space was recently vacated by a 15-year tenant that outgrew the space.
Lakeview Center features air conditioning, 20-foot clear ceiling heights, three dock-high doors and 3,000 square feet of office space. The property is accessible from Port Everglades, Port of Miami and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
Earlier this year, CBRE landed the leasing assignment of Core5 Industrial Partners and Helms Development’s planned 223,008-square-foot distribution park in Pembroke Pines, Fla.
