L&L Holding Promotes 6 Executives

The company has appointed new positions in its development, legal and asset management divisions within the New York City office.

L&L Holding Co. has promoted six key executives within its New York City headquarters. 

“Each of these talented individuals have been instrumental in L&L Holding’s continued growth and increasing ability to source, finance, implement and manage a wide range of projects throughout New York City,” said David Levinson, chairman & CEO of L&L Holding Co., in prepared remarks. 

The Advancements 

The company promoted Bill Potts to vice chairman of capital construction within the development division. He oversees and supports all capital projects, sourcing, evaluating and acquiring new assets for L&L’s portfolio. Potts has more than 35 years of residential and commercial development, as well as management experience. 

Kevin Fallon was promoted to managing director in the legal division. With more than 12 years as a real estate attorney at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker’s New York office, Fallon brings expertise in joint venture financing and development. 

Promoted to managing director of L&L’s development division, Laura Yablon-Rapaport is a senior member of the development team, having served as project director for 425 Park Ave. Before joining the team, she was a director in Tishman Speyer’s development group at the New York office. 

L&L promoted Dianna Mounsey to senior vice president of asset management. Before joining the team, Mounsey was director of property accounting at Monday Properties and senior director in Tishman Speyer’s asset management group. 

Kristian Amato is now serving as vice president of development, working on projects such as 150 Fifth Ave. and 315 Park Ave. South. Amato brings more than a decade of experience as an owner’s representative to the table, focusing on development, transactions and construction. 

A former asset manager for A&E Real Estate’s portfolio of more than 60 New York City multifamily properties, John Hutchinson was promoted to assistant vice president of asset management. He is working on projects such as 150 Fifth Ave., 114 Fifth Ave., 511 W. 25th St., 142 W. 57th St. and 600 Third Ave. 

In addition to its development projects, L&L is busy leasing commercial space as well. In December, the company inked a 225,818-square-foot lease with Shiseido Americas Corp. at 390 Madison in Manhattan.
