JLL Names New Leasing Lead in Houston
Specializing in the marketing and leasing of office properties, financial lease analyses and strategic lease negotiations, Russell Hodges will focus on recruitment and strategic business development initiatives.
JLL has selected Senior Vice President Russell Hodges to lead the firm’s Office Agency Leasing brokerage team in Houston. In his new role, Hodges will assume responsibility for future growth.
Hodges joined JLL four years ago, specializing in the marketing and leasing of office properties, financial lease analyses and strategic lease negotiations for both private and institutional owners. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for executing office leases for more than 12 million square feet and has represented some of the city’s most iconic buildings, including Williams Tower and JP Morgan Chase Tower.
Prior to joining JLL, Hodges was Director of Leasing at Hines Interests, where he was responsible for a 3 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office space located in Houston’s CBD and Galleria submarkets. He is now leasing a portfolio of roughly 3 million square feet of office space, including notable projects such as CityPlace Springwoods Village, West Memorial Place, 1885 James St., Lockton Place and Six Houston Center.
JLL’s Office Agency Leasing portfolio in Houston currently spans 8.3 million square feet.

JLL recently named a new senior managing director & office leader of its Phoenix office.
