NAI Partners Negotiates Houston Office Lease

The Greater Houston Community Foundation (GHCF) has leased an 18,500-square-foot office located at 515 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston. NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown represented GHCF, while Stream Realty Partners Vice President Richard Barbles represented landlord 515 Post Oak Owner LP in the transaction.
Part of the Briar Hollow submarket, 515 Post Oak Blvd. is a LEED-certified 273,710-square-foot high-rise built in 1980. Spread across a 3.2-acre site, this Class A building was renovated in 2013. The property also features a first-floor retail space totaling 2,000 square feet. According to Yardi Matrix, the asset’s vacancy rate was approximately 17 percent at the time of the deal.
