HFF Welcomes New Director in Boston Office

Patrick Keefe has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, starting his career at CBRE Global Investors. He joined HFF's Boston office team, fulfilling the role of new director.

Keefe_PatrickHFF has hired Patrick Keefe as new director for the firm’s Boston office. Keefe has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and will focus on debt and equity placement transactions in his new position.

Keefe began his commercial real estate career at CBRE Global Investors, then he became portfolio manager at TD Bank, followed by a vice president & relationship manager role at First Niagara Bank. During this time he was involved in nearly $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions. His last position before joining HFF was at M&T Bank, where he was a vice president.

Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College granted Keefe his Master of Business Administration degree, prior to which he received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University. He is a program committee member for REFA and a council member on ULI’s Housing and Economic Development Council.

“Patrick has established himself within the Boston commercial real estate community as a well-respected, hard-working, client-centric individual,” said Lauren O’Neil Goff, senior managing director and co-head of HFF’s Boston office, in prepared remarks. “His integrity and client-first mentality are a perfect fit with the HFF culture and we are excited to have him as part of the team.”

In January, HFF’s Boston office appointed Kerry Hawkins as new senior director, focusing on office investment advisory transactions.
