Brown Gibbons Lang Real Estate Partners (BGLREP)—a division of Brown Gibbons Lang & Co.—has sold Mississippi Coast Endoscopy & Ambulatory Surgery Center and Meridian Surgery Center, totaling 33,700 square feet, just days after selling an 87,843-square-foot medical office building in Saginaw, Mich.
BGLREP’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group acted as the seller’s sole representative.
Located at 2406 Catalpa Ave. in Pascagoula, Miss., the Mississippi Coast Endoscopy & Ambulatory Surgery Center, a multi-specialty center, consists of approximately 18,500 rentable square feet, while the Meridian Surgery Center—located at 2100 13th St. in Meridian, Miss.—is a medical office building and state-of-the-art surgery center featuring approximately 15,193 rentable square feet.
The 215-bed Rush Foundation Hospital and the 400-bed Anderson Regional Medical Center North are both located nearby the surgery center.
