Historic Boston Building Welcomes 2 New Tenants
The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. is an award-winning historic building constructed in 1906. CargoMetrics Technologies and Overall Capital Partners are the property's latest tenants.

CargoMetrics Technologies and Overall Capital Partners have joined Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) as the newest long-term tenants at the Berkeley building in Boston. The three companies occupy a total of 17,371 square feet. Perry Brokerage arranged the leases on behalf of owner and manager A.W. Perry.
The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St., was built in 1906 and comprises roughly 100,000 square feet. The property includes 2,643 square feet of ground-floor retail and features a signature six-story atrium.
Finegold Alexander Architects renovated the six-story Beaux Arts building in 1989, according to the original plans. The architectural community acknowledged their efforts with several awards. Since then, the property has undergone recent upgrades.
CargoMetrics Technologies, represented by Senior Vice President Kelly Lockberg and Executive Vice president Molly Heath of JLL, has leased 9,953 square feet on the top floor of the property. Executive Vice President Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the owner. Two more leases totaling 9,799 and 8,412 square feet are available on the third and fourth floors, respectively.
