LFC Development Signs Tenant in South FL
Duane Morris will move into a 61,905-square-foot office building within Boca Raton's Lynn Financial Center. Constructed between 2007 and 2009, the park is LEED Gold-certified.

Duane Morris has signed a lease with LFC Development for 11,730 square feet of office space at one of the firm’s buildings at the Lynn Financial Center in Boca Raton, Fla. An Avison Young team led by Greg Martin and Keith O’Donnell closed the transaction, acting on behalf of the owner. The tenant will move to its new space from its current office, one mile south, at 5100 Town Center Circle.
Duane Morris will relocate to 1875 N.W. Corporate Blvd., a 61,905-square-foot office building. Part of the three-building, 209,911-square-foot park, the asset sits near the intersection of Florida Route 808 and Interstate 95, just north of the vibrant Glades Road retail district. Constructed between 2007 and 2009, all of the three-story structures are LEED Gold-certified. The property is leased to a tenant mix which includes Lynn Insurance Group, Broad and Cassel, Ameriprise Financial and Polen Capital Management.
“Boca Raton’s growing population, attractive amenity base and ease of access within South Florida’s tri-county area continues to attract and retain top professional firms to the area, which boasts a decreasing 10.67 percent Class A office vacancy rate,” said O’Donnell, a principal with Avison Young, in a prepared statement.
