Lincoln Harris Adds New VP in Raleigh

Amy Watkins has nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience. In her new position, she will identify and secure new brokerage and development opportunities throughout the Triangle.

Lincoln Harris has a new vice president in its Raleigh, N.C., office. Veteran broker Amy Watkins joined the company’s leasing team, where she will specialize in the representation of office landlords across the Triangle. In this new role, Watkins will work with Vice President of Brokerage Kaler Walker to identify and secure new brokerage and development opportunities throughout the region. Most recently, Lincoln Harris revealed its plan for the former site of the Charlotte Observer in Charlotte, N.C.

Watkins has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including leasing, investment sales and site selection of office and retail product. Previously, she served as senior director of retail services at Casto, where she was responsible for tenant representation and third-party landlord representation, but she also worked to identify mixed-use development sites. Before that, she was a senior vice president at York Properties, where she represented national and regional tenants and assisted clients with strategic planning, site selection and negotiations.

Amy Watkins holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
