Law firm Estes, Ingram, Foels & Gibbs has signed an 11,000-square-foot lease at Maitland Forum in Maitland, Fla., relocating from its office from downtown Orlando. NKF Executive Managing Director Dan Caligiuri negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
The 267,000-square-foot property is located at 2600 Lake Lucien Drive, roughly two miles from Interstate 4. Tenants at Maitland Forum include L3 Mobile Vision, Consumer Portfolio Service and Altus Jobs. The office building features a fitness center, conference center and more than 1,000 parking spaces. The property offers convenient access to bus stations, restaurants and hotels, including Sam Snead’s Oak Grill and Tavern, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Sheraton Orlando North Hotel.
Real Capital Solutions acquired the asset last year from Banyan Street Capital as part of a portfolio transaction, according to Yardi Matrix data. Avison Young is the property manager of the four-story building, while Foundry Commercial is in charge of leasing duties.
