“The opening of Marriott Springhill Suites adds a significant hospitality element to this self-contained community and provides an important amenity that specifically addresses the needs of our existing businesses and organizations,” Richard Williamson, senior vice president of leasing and marketing at St. John Properties, told Commercial Property Executive. “As a highly-recognized flag, it will also serve as a significant economic driver.”
