Noble Investment Group and InterContinental Hotels Group have opened a new dual-branded hotel in downtown Seattle. EVEN Hotel and Staybridge Suites Seattle—Downtown/South Lake Union offers a total of 235 guestrooms and suites.
“These first-class hotels are the perfect fit for the dynamic and rapidly expanding South Lake Union market that is an international hub and home to a diverse mix of tech, medical and corporate businesses,” said Mit Shah, CEO of Noble Investment Group, in a prepared statement.
Hotel Features
Located at 527 Fairview Ave. N., the 123-key EVEN hotel was designed with a focus on wellness. Guests will have access to an Athletic Studio with cardio, stretch and strength equipment; the Cork & Kale cafe with made-to-order breakfast and dinner services; 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness zone in each room with workout space and equipment; and free Wi-Fi.
Situated at 1119 Mercer St., the 112-key Staybridge Suites hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suite options with full kitchens. Amenities include a complimentary breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, self-laundry facilities, social receptions, business center, meeting spaces, picnic tables, barbecue grills and meeting space.
Both hotels are adjacent to the Amazon headquarters and the new Google campus. South Lake Union is a hub for life science biotechnology organizations, including the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, the University of Washington School of Medicine and the Allen Institute for Brain Science. Local attractions include the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture and Pike Place Market.
