Rebranded Hilton Resort Opens in Santa Barbara
The newly renovated beachfront property located within walking distance of downtown is the brand’s first such location on California’s central coast.

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort reopened after rebranding and the remodeling of all its 360 rooms. Formerly known as The Fess Parker, a DoubleTree by Hilton resort, the hotel has undergone a complete renovation and will continue to be managed by Hilton and jointly owned by Park Hotels & Resorts along with the Fess Parker family.
Located at 633 E. Cabrillo Blvd., Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara. The municipal airport is easily accessible, within a 15-minute drive.
The Resort has 40,000 square feet of flexible space for indoor and outdoor events, making it the largest amount of meeting and event space in the region, suitable for weddings, conferences and gatherings of any size. Indoor events organized at the resort can host up to 600 guests. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, tennis court, rooms with private balconies and ocean or mountain views.
