Asia Cabinetry has renewed its industrial headquarters lease within Barings’ Alamo Crossing Commerce Center in Houston, more than doubling its space to encompass 41,458 square feet at one of the property’s four buildings. JLL represented the tenant in the transaction, with Transwestern acting on behalf of the landlord.
Asia Cabinetry’s space is situated at 7885 Northcourt Road in Houston’s Fairbanks submarket. The 119,140-square-foot structure in Alamo Crossing sits less than half a mile north of U.S. Highway 290. The industrial park’s buildings contain roughly 1 million square feet, according to Yardi Matrix. Barings picked up the property in 2014 from Colony Capital, which acquired the asset from CBRE Global Investors in 2005.
Constructed in 2002, the rear-load building features 30-foot clear heights, 36 loading docks equipped with bumpers and levelers and four grade-level drive-in doors, Yardi Matrix data shows. Other tenants at Alamo Crossing include JFC International, United Plastics Group and CSAT Solutions.
