Safanad Expands NY Team
Andrew Trickett joined the company as head of real estate investment business. Most recently, he worked for Oxford Properties Inc., where he served as senior managing director of investments.
Safanad has appointed Andrew Trickett as a member of the management committee & head of real estate investment business. Serving as a partner of the firm, Trickett will be based in the company’s New York office.

Prior to joining Safanad’s team, Trickett served as a senior managing director of investment at Oxford Properties Inc.—the real estate investment arm of OMERS. Since joining Oxford in 2005, Trickett has led more than $10 billion real estate transactions in the U.S. and Europe in sectors including health care, education, student housing, suburban offices, automotive supply chain and data centers. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Back and the Toronto Dominion Bank.
