Adrenaline, a national experience design company, has signed a 22,200-square-foot office lease at Lindbergh City Center, a retail property with lofted office space in Atlanta’s booming Buckhead submarket. Colliers, which manages the building, will oversee the build-out of the space, which the tenant plans to occupy this fall. Jack Arnold of Stream Realty represented the owner in the lease transaction, with CBRE’s Ryan Hudson acting on behalf of Adrenaline.
Prime Finance, the owner of the building, acquired the asset through a foreclosure action in July 2015. The previous owner and developer, Carter & Associates, had taken a $24.6 million loan from Prime in 2014, according to Fulton County records.
The building, found at 565 Main St., is within 2 miles of 11.8 million square feet of Class A office space, such as Columbia Property Trust’s 955,000-square-foot Lindbergh Center across the street, according to Yardi Matrix. The structure’s street-level restaurant tenants include Taco Mac, Tongue & Groove and 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar.
“We chose Lindbergh for Adrenaline’s headquarters because it’s at the heart of a budding community that will fuse together the best of Midtown and Buckhead,” said Sean Keathley, president of Adrenaline, in a prepared statement. “With direct commuter train access and growing restaurant and retail right on our doorstep, current and prospective employees and clients can take full advantage of everything the neighborhood has to offer.”
