Thomas Sullivan brings valuable expertise in the tenant and landlord representation areas, previously handling leasing efforts for the Empire State Building.
Shortly after appointing a new vice president in the area, Cresa has selected Thomas Sullivan as its principal in New York City. Sullivan has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. His client portfolio includes Becca Cosmetics, American Exchange Time, New York Country Dental Society, Paris Accessories, Netcom Information Technologies and Final Frame.
Prior to joining the company, Sullivan served as executive managing director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors. Between 1995 and 2006, he acted as vice president & director of leasing at the Empire State Building for Helmsley Spear Inc. The recently appointed principal has a B.A. in economics from the City University of New York. Additionally, he is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
“Tom has an amazing capacity to zero in on his customers’ needs. Having been very successful on both the landlord and tenant sides, the benefits he is able to bring to Cresa are invaluable,” Cresa Managing Principal Peter Sabesan said in a prepared statement.
