Cerner Leases 38 KSF at Tallest Tower in Metro DC
Last year, Nestlé USA also moved its headquarters to the 35-story, LEED Platinum-certified tower in Arlington's Rosslyn neighborhood. Cerner will occupy the 14th and part of the 12th floors.

Monday Properties has signed a 38,075-square-foot lease with Cerner at the tallest office tower in the D.C. metro area. The health care technology provider will occupy the entire 14th floor and part of the 12th floor and will house associates who service contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense.
The LEED Platinum-certified, 537,000-square-foot high-rise is located at 1812 N. Moore St. in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Va. The site is located next to Rosslyn Metro Station, providing easy access downtown D.C. According to Yardi Matrix, the tower was completed in 2013 and rises 35 stories.
“After looking all around the region, the Cerner team discovered that Rosslyn and 1812 N. Moore was the best option, providing close proximity to the Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense,” said Brian McVay of Cushman & Wakefield in a prepared statement. “Plus, the spectacular 24th floor conference center will help Cerner to better serve their clients.”
Last Year, Monday Properties—the developer of 1812 N. Moore—attained $250 million in refinancing for the building and, in the beginning of 2017, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that Nestlé USA would move its headquarters to the tower and occupy 206,000 square feet.
