New Cambria Hotel Coming to Northeast Austin

Choice Hotels International has selected Brendan Gilyan of Mopac Development to develop a new hotel near the Domain. The five-story, 135-key upscale Cambria Hotel Austin is slated to open in 2021.

The new hotel will be located at 13201 Burnet Road, within a mixed-use development in the high-tech corridor of northeast Austin. Guests will be near the regional offices of Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook and Dell. In addition, also in proximity are the Domain Shopping Mall, Rock Rose Entertainment District, St. David’s Medical Center and the University of Texas at Austin.

Amenities will include:

• spa-style bathrooms with Bluetooth mirrors
• guest rooms with plush bedding
• fitness center
• swimming pool
• 5,500 square feet of multi-function meeting space
• bistro and bar
• outdoor courtyard
• fire pit
• gathering space
• spa with hair and nail salon
