McCraney Property Co. has signed UPS to a full-building lease at 27 Logistics Park, a Class A industrial warehouse in Davenport, Fla.
Located at the intersection of Deen Still Road, the spec facility comprises 207,276 square feet across 12.7 acres. UPS will be the sole tenant at the property, which is adjacent to McCraney’s Park 27, a two-building industrial development. Both projects are a joint venture with Northwestern Mutual, bringing the partnership’s total investment in the market to more than 810,000 square feet.
“The timing for this deal was paramount,” said Steven McCraney, president & CEO of McCraney Property Co., in a prepared statement. “Construction drew to a close at 27 Logistics Park as UPS’ need for expanding its footprint in Central Florida was immediate. This is a perfect match for what we had envisioned for the property.”
CBRE Orlando’s Senior Vice President David Murphy and Vice President Monica Wonus handled leasing for the property, on behalf of the owner.
In September, McCraney Property Co. partnered with Tavistock Development Co. to expand its Infinity Park project, a mixed-use business park in Orlando, Fla. The partners will work to develop distribution logistics facilities, which will join the property’s offering of retail, hospitality and office.
