Aristocrat Technologies Campus Tops Off in Las Vegas
The single-tenant, built-to-suit office building encompasses 180.000 square feet of rentable space and is located in the submarket of Summerlin.

The Howard Hughes Corp. has finalized the Aristocrat Technologies Campus, a 180,000-square-foot office building in western Las Vegas. The groundbreaking of the two-building, three-story property took place in June 2017. Owner and manager Howard Hughes Corp. signed a 15-year, build-to-suit lease agreement with Aristocrat Technologies Inc., an Australia-based global provider of land-based and online gaming solutions.
Located at 10240 W. Flamingo Road, Aristocrat Technologies Campus is positioned along the western rim of the Las Vegas valley. The asset has notable beltway visibility, with access to Bruce Woodbury Beltway just east of the property. Downtown Summerlin is within 3 miles and downtown Las Vegas is within 15 miles. The campus is very close to several dining and retail venues, including Flamingo Promenade Shopping Center.
Approximately 600 employees are set to work in the new single-tenant building, which includes amenities such as controlled access and 923 parking spaces.
The completion of Aristocrat Technologies Campus comes shortly after Howard Hughes Corp. delivered Two Summerlin, a 145,000-square-foot office building in suburban Las Vegas.
