A new Homewood Suites by Hilton, part of the All Suites portfolio, has opened in Austin, Texas. Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown adds to the city’s growing hospitality portfolio and its thriving tourism sector, which according to the City of Austin, has registered traveler growth of nearly 15 percent in the first two quarters of 2018.

The 150-key property is located at 78 E. Ave., half a mile from the Austin Convention Center and 1 mile from the popular 6^th Street Entertainment District. Developed and owned by Baywood Hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown offers studio and one-bedroom floorplans with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Guests at the hotel receive complimentary daily full hot breakfast and Wi-Fi, as well as grocery shopping service. Furthermore, they have access to a fitness center and 884 square feet of flexible space, suitable for meeting and social events.
