Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Move It Self Storage, a 67,980-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Liberty Hill, Texas. The firm represented the Dallas-based seller and Neil Stokes of Special Agent Group worked on behalf of the buyer, located in Austin.
Situated at 15725 W. State Highway 29, the storage facility is approximately 35 miles from downtown Austin. The 18-building property occupies 5 acres and comprises a total of 451 units, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet, according to Yardi Matrix. The storage facility is gated and features drive-up access, security camera, climate control and parking spaces, as well as RV parking and boat storage spaces. Additional services include on-site management and truck rental options.
Bellomy & Co.’s brokerage team included Principals Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson. Just last month, the team arranged the sale of Preferred Self Storage, a 57,825-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Dallas, Texas.
