CBRE’s South Florida office has promoted José Lobón to executive vice president, Grant Killingsworth to senior vice president and Kevin Gonzalez to vice president. Gonzalez is now partner to the Kurtz/Parker Office Team, one of the longest running commercial real estate partnerships in the area. The company also hired Scott Meyers as first vice president of the advisory and transaction services division, who will represent retail clients.

Lobón works with the Capital Markets Institutional Group, focusing on office, industrial and land development transactions. Last year, he was involved in the largest South Florida sale, the disposition of the 30-story office tower at 1111 Brickell in Miami. Recently, a CBRE team facilitated a 45,000-square-foot lease here with Industrious, a flexible workspace provider. Since joining the team in 2011, he has been a part of the valuation, marketing and execution of more than $9 billion in real estate and finance transactions.

Killingsworth joined CBRE in early 2015 as first vice president and represented office tenants in the region. Last year, he worked on a 133,000-square-foot lease renewal and expansion of World Fuel Services Corp.’s headquarters in Doral, 2018’s largest office lease in South Florida. He has nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience, working with both landlords and corporate clients.

Gonzalez joined CBRE in 2013 and is specialized in leasing in the tri-county region. Prior to joining the company, he had been working with local investors and developers for eight years.

Prior to joining CBRE, Meyers spent six years at Konover South, where he was a Senior Leasing Representative before being promoted to Director of Retail, working with both regional and national clients. His responsibilities included shopping center leasing, third-party business development and tenant representation, as well as sourced land acquisition for retail property development.
