CBRE Adds New SVP in Austin
Marc Vanderslice has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience in Austin. He will manage the company's Office Occupier Services platform.
CBRE has hired Marc Vanderslice as senior vice president in the Austin, Texas, office. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s Office Occupier Services platform.
Throughout his career of more than 18 years, Vanderslice has specialized in office and industrial lease transactions. Since 2001, he negotiated more than 300 office leases totaling more than 4 million square feet.
Vanderslice joins CBRE from Colliers International, where he served as chairman & managing principal. He was also one of the founders of the company’s Austin office. Prior to that, he was co-managing partner of HPI Corporate Services for 11 years.
“I believe he will leverage all of the CBRE services and platform to help us in our mission of providing best in class service to our clients,” said Scott Senese, senior managing director for CBRE Central Texas and El Paso, in prepared remarks.
CBRE is currently undergoing organizational changes as per its strategic plan of reorganization. Only a few days ago, three executives were promoted and one was hired in the company’s South Florida office.
