Talent Agency Joins Empire State Building Roster

The iconic tower will house Abrams Artists Agency, which signed a 25,294-square-foot lease, joining a roster of tenants including LinkedIn and Workday.

Empire State Realty Trust Inc. has added a new tenant to the Empire State Building in Manhattan. Talent and literary agency Abrams Artists Agency signed a lease to occupy 25,294 square feet in the iconic building.

The property, a 2.8 million-square-foot, 102-story Art Deco landmark, is also one of the largest LEED-certified office assets in the U.S. Amenities include The Urban Campus, which includes a 15,000-square-foot, tenant-only fitness center, a conference center, STATE Grill and Bar, and event space, as well as eight in-building dining options.

Located at 350 Fifth Ave., in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the Empire State Building sits close to Pennsylvania Station, Grand Central Terminal, The Port Authority Bus Terminal and the PATH as well as 16 subway lines. 

Savills Studley’s Greg Taubin and Scott Bogetti represented the tenant in the lease transaction. JLL’s Paul Glickman, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Simon Landmann, Harley Dalton and Kip Orban, alongside in-house representative Shanae Ursini, acted on behalf of the landlord.
