Uptown Dallas Office Adds 3 New Tenants
Koch Industries, IDI Logistics and Roscoe Property Management will occupy roughly 10,500 square feet at The Union, bringing the building’s occupancy to more than 90 percent.
After welcoming Nuveen Real Estate in February, RED Development has signed three new leases at The Union in Dallas, bringing the 420,000-square-foot building’s occupancy to more than 90 percent. Koch Industries will occupy 5,095 square feet, IDI Logistics 2,841 square feet and Roscoe Property Management will lease 2,566 square feet.
Koch Industries—a capital partner in the development of the office building located at 2300 N. Field St. in the Uptown/Oak Lawn submarket—will be moving in July. IDI Logistics will relocate their regional Texas market office this summer as well, while Roscoe Property Management will be transferring to their new DFW office in the fall.
The 22-story building includes 87,000 square feet of first-floor retail and seven levels of parking. Completed in 2018, the asset is close to Spur 366 and within walking distance of downtown Dallas. The area offers plenty of retail, dining and entertainment options as well as access to residential properties. HBK Capital Management, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Transwestern’s north Texas office, Black Creek Group and Primoris Services Corp. are also among the tenants of the building.
