GE Appliances, a Haier company, has opened Dixon ADC, a 502,234-square-foot distribution center in Dixon, Calif. Scannell Properties owns the 2022-completed warehouse.

Scannell broke ground in early 2021 on what was, at the time, the largest warehouse to be built in Dixon in more than 20 years, as well as the developer’s third project with GE/Haier in the U.S. ARCO National Construction served as designer and general contractor.

According to CommercialEdge information, the Bay Area currently has 42 industrial properties larger than 500,000 square feet. Only two of them came online in 2022.
