THRIVE Adds Suburban Raleigh Coworking Location
The new flex office space marks the company’s fifth investment in the market.
THRIVE | Coworking is expanding its portfolio with the latest acquisition of Coworking Station, a 12,320-square-foot flex office space in Holly Springs, N.C., making it its fifth flex office location in the U.S. The company will occupy the second floor of The Block on Main, a 52,530-square-foot retail and office building, owned by Anewgo.
The coworking space will offer flex and designated desks, private offices, evening and weekend memberships, mailbox services, as well as meeting rooms. Amenities at the space that’s set to be rebranded as THRIVE | Holly Springs include to high-speed internet, free local beer and coffee, special events and lunches. Other tenants of the building are Bep Vietnamese Kitchen, JTs Creamery and Mamma Mia Italian Bistro of Holly Springs.
Located at 300 S. Main St., the flex office space is within half a mile of Parrish Womble Park and within a mile of Shoppes at Holly Springs, offering easy access to several retail and dining options, as well as green spaces. U.S. Route 1 is some 6.5 miles north of the property, connecting it to Raleigh.
Downtown Holly Springs is among the Southern small towns with a positive work-life balance and the new investment brings THRIVE closer to its goal of creating 500 dedicated coworking spaces, Co-founder & CEO Ramon Gonzalez mentioned in prepared remarks. Just last month, the company acquired Cova, a company comprising 7,000-square-foot of flex office space in Columbus, Ohio. THRIVE is also planning to add 15 more locations throughout Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.
