THRIVE | Coworking Expands North Carolina Footprint

THRIVE | Coworking is expanding its flex office footprint with a new coworking location in Asheville, N.C. The space is situated on the second floor of the Grove Arcade Building, an 82,751-square-foot landmark office property, owned by Duke Energy, according to CommercialEdge data.
The new downtown location comprises 33 private and shared offices, four dedicated shared coworking spaces, three meeting rooms, one podcast studio and two cafés. The workspace offers free coffee, tea and snacks, additionally to happy hours and community events.
The Asheville office marks the coworking company’s second workspace in North Carolina. Earlier this year, THRIVE | Coworking opened a premises in Holly Springs, N.C. and has two more offices in development within the state, in Chapel Hill, N.C. and Winston-Salem, N.C.
Located at 1 Page Ave., the the Grove Arcade Building is within half a mile of Interstate 240 and Asheville city center. Numerous dining and retail options, as well as museums and entertainment hubs, are within walking distance of the coworking location. Baba Nahm, Serenity + Scott, Federal Public Defenders and Modesto, among others, are part of the property’s current tenant roster.
In the past months, THRIVE | Coworking acquired Cova and added 7,000 square feet of coworking space in Columbus, Ohio. The company is planning to expand its portfolio with a total of 17 locations throughout Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee during the next year.
