CBRE to Lease 1 MSF Office Campus
The Stamford, Conn., buildings recently underwent upgrades.
RFR Realty has tapped CBRE as exclusive leasing agent for Stamford Plaza, a four-building, 1 million-square-foot office campus in Stamford, Conn.
RFR picked up the central business district office campus back in 2007, according to CommercialEdge information. In 2019, the company executed a capital improvement plan which included revamped entranceways and lobbies for the third and fourth buildings.
Located at 263, 281, 301 Tresser Blvd. and 107 Elm St., all four buildings are adjacent to Interstate 95 and within walking distance of the Stamford Transportation Center. Westchester County Airport is some 13 miles from the campus.

All four buildings feature the same amenities, including attached parking garages, fitness center, conference facilities, cafeterias and private train shuttles.
CBRE Executive Vice President David Block, Senior Associate Joseph Weaver and Senior Vice President Jacqueline Novotny, along with RFR Managing Director Margaret Carlson, will spearhead the leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord.

Recent CBRE leasing assignments
Earlier this year, CBRE landed an assignment from The Soloviev Group as sole leasing agent for 9 W. 57th St., an office tower spanning more than 1.6 million square feet in Manhattan’s Plaza District. The building accommodates not only the headquarters of its owner but also several other companies, including Chanel, Apollo Management and Loews.
The company will also lead leasing and marketing efforts for Opus Point, a Class A upcoming office project located in Long Island City, in the N.Y. borough of Queens. The 400,000-square-foot development is anticipated to come online by the second quarter of 2025.
