It’s that time again when Commercial Property Executive showcases some of the most intriguing transactions of the year in our December digital issue and in a longer online version.
It does not have to be the biggest lease, sale or financing that your firm closed this year, and we may have already covered that one, anyway. But the transaction should have a compelling story regarding the assignment or the solution or the property.
We welcome deal suggestions from brokers, owners and lenders. But, please: We’ll need all the intriguing details. So if the price or one of the parties in the deal cannot be disclosed when we contact you, the deal will not qualify for inclusion in the feature.
