The company is slated to relocate to the Tampa office building in 2026.

Florida-based property insurance company American Integrity Insurance has signed a 75,000-square-foot lease at GEM Realty Capital and IP Capital Partners’ Bayport Plaza, in Tampa, Fla. The new office space is set to become the company’s headquarters, with move-in scheduled for early 2026. American Integrity will occupy three floors and is set to become the first tenant to secure building-top signage.
Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant in the lease transaction, while CBRE worked on behalf of the ownership.
The 264,718-square-foot Bayport Plaza has been under GEM Realty Capital and IP Capital Partners’ ownership since 2019. The companies acquired it from UBS Group AG in a $235.8 million portfolio transaction that included the adjacent 444-room hotel Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, according to CommercialEdge information. The two buildings are directly connected.
