FOJP Service Corp. has signed a full-floor lease for 41,836 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust’s 111 W. 33rd St. property in New York City. The company provides insurance and risk management advisory services to clients including major hospitals and social service agencies.

The space, on the 8th floor of the 26-story building, will serve as FOJP’s new headquarters. The office tower has more than 700,000 square feet of Class A office space and major tenants include Macy’s and ESRT’s corporate headquarters. Ground-floor retailers include Foot Locker, Sephora and Target.

“We’ve attracted a great roster of tenants at 111 West 33rd St.,” said Thomas Durels, executive vice president of real estate for ESRT, in prepared remarks.  “Fully modernized with a new lobby and building entrances, 111 West 33rd St. offers fantastic light, efficient floor plates and great access to mass transportation.”

Mark Weiss, Robert Baraf, Gary Ceder and Jared Thal of Cushman & Wakefield represented FJOP in the lease negotiations. Keith Cody of ESRT along with Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Neil Rubin of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord.

Earlier this year, Nestlé’s Nespresso brand inked a full-floor lease for 41,800 square feet at the tower, while business networking site LinkedIn expanded its footprint at the Empire State Building with an additional 30,165 square feet in July.
