Aegis Therapies to Relocate to Far North Dallas
The rehabilitation and wellness service company leased nearly 7,000 square feet of office space in Frisco, Texas. The firm is set to move its corporate headquarters from Plano.

Aegis Therapies signed a 7,000-square-foot lease at Hall Park, a 143,000-square-foot office building in Frisco, Texas. The rehabilitation and wellness service firm will relocate its corporate headquarters from 5220 Tennyson Parkway in Plano.
Located at 2601 Network Blvd., the six-story asset sits next to Dallas North Tollway. The property offers convenient access to multiple restaurants, hotels and shopping centers including Mi Cocina, Hilton Garden Inn and Stonebriar Centre. Tenants at Hall Park include Fiserv, Farmers Insurance and WorldPay. The office building features more than 550 parking spaces.
JLL Managing Director Steve Thelen negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. HALL Park’s Brad Gibson, Cynthia Cowen and Kim Butler represented the landlord, HALL Group.
According to a new study by WalletHub, among mid-sized U.S. cities, Frisco recorded the fastest economic growth in 2016.
